30 day trial period will start from the day you purchase the device.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our device, you can return them to the store within 30 days for a full refund.
If you are returning your device during your 30 day trial period, because you are experiencing trouble with your device, please contact one of our Customer Support Team at 833.500.0050 to help you benefit from the device.
Once we receive the device back in one of our offices, and provided that the device(s) are still in good condition, a refund will be issued right away.

Our returns policy will not be accepted after 30 days, or will not apply, if an AudioEar device has been modified or damaged, device must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of AudioEar, it will not be accepted as returns. AudioEar cannot be responsible for your damaged or loss products.
